- Step 4: At this point we will develop a technology roadmap that aligns with the organizational goals. We prioritize items based on their impact in achieving strategic objectives. We evaluate and recommend technology solutions that support the identified goals. This may involve upgrading existing systems, implementing new software, or integrating new technologies. We consider the scalability and flexibility of technology solutions to accommodate future growth and changing organizational needs.

Promoting User Adoption: User adoption is the process an end user goes through when they start using a new product and hopefully commit to it.
